We stayed in town today & did chores (laundry, pay bills, clean coach, etc.). Tonight, Linda, Larry, Brett, Loy, Cheryl and we decided to use the nightly campfire for a weiner roast. While we were getting everything set up we saw a bear across the river in front on the RVs. By the time I got the camera out of the RV, I was only able to get off one shot and unfortunately, I didn't have the long lens, so you may just have to trust me that he is in the center of the picture, to the right of the rock slide. Jeepers discovered a crashed airplane on Stony Pass this morning. It crashed last night or early this morning. Both occupants were dead. We were on Stony Pass last week. This is the picture from the Durango Herald.
